fiogf49gjkf0d Chi Na Chi Ni, a pan-Asian fine dining property by the Golden Tulip Group of Hotels’ Royal Tulip, opened in Kharghar. Following a series of private menu tastings, the restaurant will open to patrons on September 1, 2016.
The restaurant serves a variety of soups, dim sums, starters, mains and desserts. Their signature dishes include Wasabi Fried Rice, Plum Chilly Crispy Pork, Australian Lamb Rack in Blast Pepper and Chef’s Special Burmese Curry.
These can be accompanied by mocktails and cocktails such as Coconut Horchata, which is a mix of rice, coconut milk, almonds and cinnamon. Masterchef Rudra will whip up Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Korean dishes.
Prerna Wadhwa Chawla, managing director, Royal Tulip (a uint of Sai Sharan Hotels), said, “Navi Mumbai has been booming with exemplary restaurants. Chi Na Chi Ni is going to add the glamour quotient to our food scene.”
“I am bringing authentic pan-Asian flavours to our customers. They are sure to delight their palettes without hurting their wallets. They’ll be spoilt for choice and looked upon by our keen and courteous staff. And, of course, there’s a lot more in store,” she added.
“After the launch of this restaurant, I’ll be launching a lounge at Royal Tulip. And a lot more exciting stuff is in the pipeline,” Chawla said. The hotel plans to have internal food and beverage expansions.
