The legendary Royal China has made its way into BKC with a new cloud kitchen. Capturing hearts since 2004, this popular Chinese brand is set to enter the homes and office of BKC, Bandra (E) and the neighbouring areas. But there’s more. Their sister concern, Kuai Kitchen, will also be operating from the same space.

The brand is the perfect fusion of traditional and contemporary elements of Cantonese cuisine. The prime purpose was to serve authentic Chinese, keeping in mind the constantly evolving and emerging trends and tastes from around the world. Keeping true to their word, they’ve adopted the emerging trend of cloud kitchens and are on their way to master it.

Being around for 16 years, the brand boasts of a vast menu. Neville and MichelleVazifdar, the owners, firmly believe in giving their customers a ‘bang for their buck’. From their famous ‘Lotus Leaf’ Rice to Crispy Fried Noodles, and from the Cantonese Honey Roast Pork to Royal China Exotic Vegetables, they’ve got it all.

They also offer a wide variety of tenderloin, lamb and pork options. The Pecking Duck and Truffle and Edamame Dumplings are a must try. Kuai Kitchen, too, offers a range of dumplings and sushi along with an impressive spread of rice, noodles and gravies.

With the current crisis where food hygiene and customer safety is at the forefront, the team follows zero direct contact methodology. The kitchen premises is sanitised frequently throughout the week. The packaging is unique and has been customised specially for both brands. Spill-proof and double-sealed with a security tape, they have left no stone unturned when it comes to the perfect delivery. After a lot of research, they’re confident that their packaging ‘ticks all the boxes.’ The team is taking utmost precautions for food to be delivered at your doorstep in a safe and hygienic manner.
