The European Commission Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) has issued a notification on the recall of Alain Milliat Orange Marmalade (300g) due to the potential presence of glass shards.
As a precautionary measure, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has directed the importer, Culina Pte Ltd, to recall the implicated products. The recall is ongoing.
Under the Sale of Food Act, foods known to be unsafe for consumption should not be sold. Consumers who have purchased the implicated product should not consume it. Those who have consumed the product and have concerns about their health should seek medical attention. Consumers may contact their point of purchase for enquiries.
