Radisson Hotel Group gearsup for their first yet-to-be-launched bold and vibrant, Radisson Red in India by unveiling the appointment of Kshitij Jawa as general manager. He will be introducing the unconventional brand to the country and lead a dynamic team of 300 plus associates at the hotel.
With over a decade of an extensive career in hotels, Jawa in her its the ability to elevate brand standards, create a bespoke guest experience, and craft an environment with the best employee work culture.
A passionate individual with strong business expertise, he brings to the role his ingenuity in hospitality operations and management. With 15 plus years of diverse experience, his key strengths lie in pre-opening projects, hotel operations, marketing, food and beverage, team management, and financial management. With industry exposure across leading hotel chains in India, Jawawas previously the general manager at the hotel in Noida. In his tenure at Noida the hotel achieved historical revenue and profit figures.He is an alumnus from the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development.
Jawa said, “Red is all about dropping the norm and breaking tradition. I am filled with an incredible sense of excitement and responsibility as I lead the team at our first Red in the country. I get to manage an incredible team ofinnovative minds and fiercest souls. The fundamentals of the hospitality trade are the same across the globe, but Red will cut through for being heard, seen, felt and experienced. I feel honoured to unleash the first Red in our country.”
Jawa is also passionate about travel and loves spending time with his Jawa bikers’ troop. His competitive spirit draws him to sports and is often found playing cricket and soccer.
