Radisson MG Road is marking its first anniversary with a specially curated culinary experience, Kashmir to Kanyakumari, at LORE, its all-day dining restaurant. The gastronomic showcase is being held from September 11 to 27, 2026.

The anniversary culinary experience brings together flavours, ingredients, cooking techniques and food traditions from across India through an expansive buffet inspired by the country’s regional culinary heritage.

The curated menu features a selection of regional delicacies, including Dakhni Saag, Amritsari Paneer Tikka, Civil Lines Ki Chaat, Pav Bhaji Fondue, Palak Patta Sufiyana, Lavash Chaat, Banaras-style Chaat, Bhatura Bites and Calcutta Puchka served with four varieties of flavoured jaljeera.

The main course includes regional favourites such as Mutton Rogan Josh, Mutton Champaran, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Kashmiri Pulao and Amritsari Macchi. The menu is designed to showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine, with dishes representing distinct regional ingredients, preparation styles and culinary traditions.

Alongside the anniversary celebration, Radisson MG Road is also undertaking community-focused CSR initiatives, including food and clothing donations for underprivileged communities. The initiatives are aimed at extending the celebrations beyond the hotel and supporting the wider community.

Ashish Saxena, general manager, Radisson MG Road, said, “Our first anniversary is a significant milestone for us, and we wanted to mark it in a manner that reflects our passion for hospitality, our connection with the community and the incredible diversity of India. Kashmir to Kanyakumari is our tribute to the country’s culinary heritage, bringing together flavours and stories from across the nation. At the same time, our CSR initiatives allow us to extend the occasion beyond our hotel and give back to the communities around us.”
