Pune’s The Quick Wok introduces Keto Box and promotes healthy snacking

The Quick Wok, in Pune, has introduced the Keto Box in order to promote healthy eating during the festive season.
Patrons can customise their Wok Boxes, eliminating the base (i e noodles or rice). They can make it rich in protein by adding paneer, tofu, chicken or egg.
It can also be turned into a high-fibre, low-carb meal with the addition of spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, spring onions, bean sprouts and bell peppers.
They can be tossed and stir-fried in sauces that are flavourful but high in fat. The Keto Box can be garnished with crushed peanuts.
