Pullman and Novotel appoints Rahul Yadav as director of Woo Wellness Spa

 Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Rahul Yadav as the director of Woo Wellness Spa and Salon. Yadav has more than 12 years’ experience in corporate business development.
According to a press release issued by the company, Yadav has an acute understanding of health and wellness domains, client servicing and crisis management. In his new role, he will be in-charge of directing the overall operation and administration of the spa and salon. His main responsibilities will include increasing sales, maintaining healthy book of accounts throughout the year, developing and implementing marketing strategies and identifying new markets.
He started his career as a Guest Relation Executive at the Water Kingdom in 2002. He has worked at top hotels such as JW Marriott Hotel, Mumbai, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, and Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain. Further, he has worked with JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity for more than two years before joining Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity.
He completed his graduation in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is certified from B F Y in personal fitness training. His approach is to create a positive work environment and firmly believes in providing a consistent quality of service in accordance with international standards.
