As the food sector grows in complexity and scale, the machines that transform and protect food products are becoming more sophisticated, interconnected, and essential than ever before.
In 2023, the global food processing and packaging equipment market generated over US$100 billion in revenue, with food processing equipment itself representing more than 70% of that share. Meanwhile, comprehensive industry forecasts show that the food processing equipment segment is growing steadily worldwide — from an estimated US$52.7 billion in 2023 to a projected US$69.3 billion by 2030, with an annual growth rate of about 4%.
