Pizza emerging as hot favourite at PVR to indulge with movies

This National Pizza Day, PVR pays tribute to the growing patronage of its pizza lovers with a week-long Pizza Festival from February 9 to 16. Ever since the brand launched its Thin Crust Pizza in 2014, it has carved out its success story making it the top 5 selling food items under the ‘Eats’ category. Pizza has made rapid progress in food and beverage portfolio increasing its share consistently year on year introducing new types, thus retaining its freshness and newness. It serves Italian range of pizza with authentic recipes using the best ingredients. While the vegetarian menu include options like funghi e baby spinaci della pizza, asparagi funghi e ciliegia pomodoro, rucola e pomodori secchi, tre formaggio, ortolana, the non-vegetarian flavour has salame di pollo and la pizza uovo. India is a vast country where tastes/preferences vary every 20 kms and it is a national cinema chain present in 22 states/UTs. In order to keep regional preferences in mind, pizzas are customised to suit local taste buds, hence remaining an adorable food item that can be enjoyed in a cinema setting due to ease of consumption.
