Pillars of food sector to collaborate at Equinox Labs’ Food Summit ’17

The seven pillars of the food industry, namely trends, innovations, manufacturing/processing, packaging, transport, safety and service, will collaborate at Food Summit 2017, which has been conceptualised and powered by Equinox Labs and slated to take place at J W Marriott, Mumbai, between 9am and 6pm on August 5.
The objective of the event is to achieve greater awareness of the food market, which will ultimately result in more efficient management of the same.
Eminent personalities from various segments of the food industry, including manufacturing, processing, distribution, audits and testing will attend the event, as will safety officials and chefs.
There will be sessions on topics, such as food safety in manufacturing, processing and ancillary aspects, scientific perceptions on the operations and food management in the airline industry. It will also include panel discussions on the safety and post-processing procedures.
