Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC is celebrating Navratri with a special Gujarati thali at its Food Exchange restaurant from October 11 to 20, 2026. The festive culinary offering showcases traditional Gujarati-inspired flavours, bringing together a variety of sweet, savoury, tangy and spiced dishes.
The special thali features a selection of festive delicacies, including Tarbuj Thandai, Sabudane ki Tikki, Mewe Mawa ki Seekh, Chatpate Kadu, Amrood ki Kheer, Jeera Aloo, Tamatar Dhaniya Samak Chawal, Kuttu ki Poori, Sabudana Khichdi and Makhane ki Kheer. The spread is complemented by traditional accompaniments and desserts, reflecting the diversity of flavours associated with festive Indian cuisine.
The dining experience is further enhanced by festive-inspired decor at Food Exchange, featuring vibrant colours and elements celebrating Gujarat’s cultural traditions.
