It is a concept by virtue of which they plan to promote their core beliefs – vegetarianism, veganism, environmentalism, awareness and an idea of minimalism amongst the new generation.

The brainchild of Sonal Barmecha and helmed by chef Shailendra, they launch the Khar one with a very unique Sattvik menu which comprises of dishes like ‘Hot pumpkin parfait’, Cocoash Nectar, The Methi Mungo casserole among others.

With a philosophy of ‘less-is-more’, the Sante was introduced to diners in India and in a short span, Sante is considered as the flag bearer of wellness and healthy cuisine, paving the path for and fostering the holistic way of life.

The brand is already a favorite among celebrities from the field of arts, entertainment, sports, and more, it promises an unprecedented dining experience. It focuses on the evolution of fresh produce, choicest ingredients, guilt free eating while deriving influences from various culinary cultures of the world. The robustness of its origins and the assimilation of cuisine from across regions shines through with aplomb in the carefuly curated menu by chef Shailendra Kekade.

Barmecha said, “We started Sante over 06 years back with the aim to introduce wellness and healthy food that is high on taste and nutrition. We are extremely excited to see how well the brand has been accepted and want to lead the wave for good, holistic wellbeing and dining experiences across the globe. We are continuously innovating and evolving the Sante experience and hope our patrons enjoy the same. Also we want to dispel the myth that healthy food can’t be tasty and pallatable through the range of dishes and desserts we have curated. We are quite bullish on how this outpost will be perceived.”

The interior design is planned and detailed keeping in mind the crux of the concept which flaunts natural materials and earthern shades, is a 75 seater space. With an aim to create a soul soothing ambiance, emphasis on natural finishes blending with a lot of plantations has been created. Every small detail in the space is specially designed and curated keeping in mind the ethos of the brand and the values they carry.

The spa cuisine menu comprises of freshly made salads, wholesome smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wide variety of starters and entrees. The juices are mostly detox, chlorophyll and matcha rich, energising and refreshing.

There are appetisers, ragi base pizzas and a variety of balanced main courses which have an option of vegan, gluten free, amino rich, protein rich and high fiber. The restaurant also has different types of shakes made with soya, almond, coconut and fresh A2 milk. There are guilt free desserts made of natural sweeteners like organic honey, jaggery and stevia.

The menu is curated to suit the food palate for all age groups from infants to senior citizens. It uses some crockery and parts of cutlery that are made of neem wood. Neem wood is known for its antibacterial property that makes it hygienic to use. Tulsi infused water is served.
