MasterChef Australia 2017 winner Diana Chan’s four-city tour to India, as part of a Cred experience, will kick off at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Powai on September 4, 2019. It will comprise a masterclass between 12:30pm and 2:30pm, and a fine dine experience between 8pm and 10pm.
She will also share her expertise and knowledge with chefs and food connoisseurs at the Masterclasses, which are also slated to take place in Hyderabad (September 6), Delhi (September 7) and Bengaluru (September 8). The masterclasses are intended for 150 people.
The dinner, whose menu will be curated by Chan, will be a four-course meal, paired with wine from beverage partner Pernod Ricard. There will also be an opportunity to interact with the chef, who will also demonstrate two of her signature dishes, Sweet Potato Churros and Pumpkin Raviolo.
The Hyderabad leg will take place at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Hitec City, Madhapur. It will comprise a masterclass between 12:30pm and 2:30pm, and a fine dine experience between 8pm and 10pm.
The Delhi leg will take place at The Wine Company, DLF Cyber Hub, Gurugram. It will comprise a masterclass between 4pm and 6pm, which will be preceded by brunch between 12:30pm and 3pm.
The Bengaluru leg will take place at Fava, UB City. It will comprise a masterclass between 4pm and 6pm, which will be preceded by brunch between 12:30pm and 3pm.
Speaking about her tour to India, Chan said, “It is exciting to travel across seas and know that people possess the same passion and love for food beyond boundaries and cultures. I feel privileged to be able to share my home cuisine on a global platform, while also chancing on so many people who love and enjoy cooking as much as I do.”
