Mars appoints Gambrell-Glenn as general counsel for Mars snacking

Mars announced the appointment of Myriah Gambrell-Glenn as general counsel for its snacking business, effective December 1, 2025. Based in Chicago, she will lead the global legal function for snacking, home to billion-dollar brands including M&M’S and SNICKERS, reporting to its president, Andrew Clarke with a dotted line to Stefanie Straub, vice president, general counsel & corporate secretary, Mars Incorporated.
In her new position Gambrell-Glenn will oversee legal strategy, compliance, and risk management across a business with more than 34,000 Associates, a presence in over 150 countries, and more than 1,000 snacks sold every second.
Clarke said, “Myriah’s pedigree speaks for itself. She has built an outstanding track record at Mars, combining deep legal expertise with strategic insight. Just as importantly, she is a dedicated people leader who has a keen ability to spot potential and turn it into performance.
