Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar’s Chingari to host 10-day Kebab & Biryani fest

Chingari, a restaurant at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa, is all set to host Kebab and Biryani food festival between September 13 and 22, 2019.
It will be curated by the hotel’s chefs, and comprises an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Mughlai and Afghan preparations with ingredients and spices.
The menu includes Murgh Kebab-E-Chingari, Hyderabadi Murgh Tikka, Tandoori Bageecha, Tandoori Balochi Aloo, Subz-E-Chilman, Dum Biryani, Paneer Tikka Dum Biryani, Hyderabadi Kachhe Gosht and Jhinga Zafrani Dum Biryani.
These can be ordered a la carte.
