Kyma at One BKC in Mumbai is bringing the Taste of Turkey with the Turkish Food Festival. With an ode to the dynamic and delicious dishes from Turkey, this culinary festival is specially designed to celebrate the fabulous and diverse range of Turkish food.
It not only exudes ambience and culture but also delivers appetizing Asian and Mediterranean dishes, along with a mammoth cocktail bar where delicious cocktails are concocted. To add a cherry on top of a truly avant-garde cake, the casual Asian dining space has elegantly revamped the décor and its interiors catering to a quaint yet exuberant Turkish ambience.
Laying out a bevy of delectable dishes showing great expertise in Turkish cuisines, chef Makarand curates authentic delicacies such as Lamb Beyti Kebab, Bourek Smoke Chicken, Sausage, Lamb and Egg Roasted Tomato Shawarma Wrap, a splendid Turkish Breakfast, and more.
Dhaval Udeshi, partner at Kyma, said, “We decided to curate a Turkish Food Festival so that they could indulge in a new experience at Kyma with some fresh flavours. Our Turkish dishes and ingredients will cater perfectly to the palates of people who love our Mediterranean food. From decor to cocktails and to desserts, we have looked into every minute detail to bring this delightful festival to you in the most authentic and exquisite way possible!”
For all the food and gastronomic enthusiasts out there, the Turkish Food Festival menu will also enlighten your tastebuds with scrumptious dishes like Manti Chicken Dumplings, Labneh & Harrisa Spiced Cottage Cheese Kebabs, Baharat Spiced Veggies & Harrisa Paneer Pide and Pistachio Marinated Chicken Kunafa, amongst others. Complementing the exquisite food menu is the flavoursome drinks menu which consists of Turkish Delight, a marvelous drink infused with Gin, Rose Petals, Kahlua, Vanilla & Candy Floss; Swinging Sultan, mixed with Vodka, Pomegranate, Cointreau, Sambuca, and a twisted tangerine peel; and Twisted Turkey lovingly blended with jasmine flower, infused gin with lemoncello & simple syrup.
Nikita Poojari, owner of Kyma, said, “At Kyma we wanted to bring unique flavours to match the Indian palette and give our customers new flavours to enjoy. So, this October, let’s celebrate Turkish independence and let Kyma BKC take you on a culinary journey to the exotic land of Turkey.”
