Tea consumption has been an integral part of the routine lives of Indian people since times immemorial. Today, several brands are strengthening the tea tradition. Among them is Jivraj9, which is reimagining the landscape through best-in-class quality, commitment to customer service and a spirit of innovation.
The brand currently holds a robust presence in Gujarat with 275 plus authorised distributors, servicing over 50,000 outlets directly across the state. With a turnover of approximately Rs 400 crores, Jivraj Tea Ltd., is strengthening its foothold in Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Karnataka. It is also spreading its rich aroma overseas in the USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, New Zealand, Spain, Germany and many more.
In the future, the company plans to expand its operations in the southern and Northern states. In the next five years, the company aims to achieve 3% to 4% of the total tea consumption of the Indian market through national distribution.
It was born out of a commitment to build an everlasting bond between the customer and the company by offering them the best quality product and fostering innovation. It is currently helmed by Viren Shah, whose exceptional decision-making skills and business acumen continue to guide the 360 plus employees of the company for many years. He is also the chairman of the Federation of All India Tea Traders Association (FAITTA). The leadership team comprises Pathik Shah, executive director and Rushabh Shah, executive director.
