ITC Grand Central, Mumbai is marking Ganeshotsav with ‘Bappa’s Bombay’, a festive culinary celebration that brings together two distinct dining experiences — Bappa’s Bombay Lunch at Hornby’s Pavilion and Bappa’s Bombay High Tea at Frederick’s Lounge. Inspired by Maharashtra’s culinary traditions and Bombay’s diverse food culture, the offerings combine familiar festive flavours and city favourites with contemporary presentation.

Bappa’s Bombay Lunch presents a traditional Maharashtrian feast inspired by the warmth and abundance of festive home-style dining. The menu features Sabudana Vada, Koshimbir, Bhoplyachi Bhaji, Kala Vatanayachi Bhaji, Batatachi Bhaji, Amti and Masale Bhaat, accompanied by Poori, Puran Poli, Thecha, Fried Chilli and Papad. The meal concludes with festive favourites including Mawa Modak, Ukadiche Modak, Shrikhand and Piyush.

Meanwhile, Bappa’s Bombay High Tea at Frederick’s Lounge offers a contemporary take on Bombay’s much-loved savouries in a refined afternoon tea setting. The selection includes Jeera Butter Khari, Mirchi Vada, Kanda Bhaji, Mini Batata Vada and Kothambir Vadi, followed by Mawa Modak and Coconut Laddu, served alongside a selection of English teas.
