Fabelle Exquisite chocolates, ITC Limited’s luxury chocolate brand, unveils the season’s collection, a limited range of handcrafted creations. Each variant including summer surprise, monsoon delight, autumn exotica, and winter treasure, captures the charm of changing seasons. Each creation mirrors the flavours, textures and colours that define the beauty of each season, making it a unique indulgence for chocolate connoisseurs.
Crafted by Fabelle master chocolatiers, each praline is a testament to culinary artistry and flavour innovation strengthened by rich and decadent chocolate. The journey began with summer surprise, launched earlier this year, carrying a golden tropical motif and encasing a luscious Alphonso mango and coconut mousse. This was followed by monsoon delight, unveiled during the rains, featuring a dual-toned shell with delicate raindrop imprints, enclosing a molten cocoa centre. The story now continues with autumn exotica, presented as a warm-toned leaf mould filled with pumpkin spiced latte mousse, and will culminate in the upcoming winter treasure, a snow-swirled shell pairing coffee mousse with refreshing mint flavour. Together, these four creations form a seamless year-round narrative of taste, design, and storytelling.
