InnerBeing launches wide range of millet-based breakfast & snack mixes

Health and nutri-food maker InnerBeing Wellness launched its millet based breakfast and snack mixes, along with a range of super grains like quinoa, foxtail millet and ragi multi-mix, in Mumbai. Headquartered in Hyderabad, the nutrition capital of India, the brand uses millets as main ingredients in their products, apart from other natural and nourishing ingredients, like plant protein, chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and cashew nuts, amongst others.

The company aims to offer consumers a healthy breakfast option everyday of the week by providing a wide range of breakfast mixes, which include Jowar Idli, Jowar Upma, Millet Pancake Mix, Ragi Chocolate Drink and Quinoa Porridge. The innovative snack mixes include Millet and Cinnamon Cookie Mix, Millet Pizza Base Mix and Nut and Millet Cake Mix. The prices of these products range between Rs 95 and Rs 325. All products are gluten-free, plant protein-enriched, have high fibre, no added sugars and no preservatives.

It not only provides nourishing and natural food, but also educates the consumer so that they make better choices in every aspect of their wellbeing. Learning from the ancestors, they use local ingredients like jowar, ragi and bajra, each having its own natural benefits, helping the body charge itself for the day.

Speaking on the launch, C S Jadhav, founder and director, InnerBeing Wellness, said “With the growing health concerns, eating natural and healthy is the need of the hour. Despite having a hectic lifestyle, today’s young and modern generation try their best to keep themselves fit and healthy. InnerBeing is a step towards providing preservative-free healthy breakfast and snacking options that are delicious and easy to make. Our focus is on nourishment of the body as well as the mind. We aim is to make InnerBeing a household name in this country.”

Millets are easy to grow and are essentially cultivated on dry land. InnerBeing procures the grains directly from farmer producer organisations (FPOs) and thus helps the farmers by increasing their incomes, while simultaneously benefiting the consumers.

The products have been launched in leading general trade outlets in Mumbai, and will slowly increase its footprint to major modern trade chains. The company has plans to make its products available in all leading cities in the near future. The products are currently also available online on their website and other leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon and BigBasket.
