Indore Marriott Hotel recently launched the Club Marriott programme, which combines Club Marriott, eat drink and more into a single paid-membership programme, in a bid to continually challenge the status quo and anticipate the customers’ changing needs by providing new services and guest experiences.
It will provide members with more choices and benefits whenever they dine out in the city or visit one of the 300 participating hotels with over 1,000 restaurants in 16 brands across the Asia-Pacific region.
Members will get food and beverages (F&B) certificates, accommodation certificates in which they can enjoy 30 to 40 per cent off on F&B, exclusive benefits on buffet lunches and dinners and the best available room rates at over 300 participating hotels in the Asia-Pacific region.
They can also avail special offers and have select access to leisure facilities, exclusive member events, birthday rewards, kids’ surprises and more flavours with year-round savings on fine dining at restaurants across the Asia-Pacific region.
The new Club Marriott programme will also provide members with Banquet Referral Certificate which, includes one certificate, entitling the bearer to a hotel credit certificate worth Rs 15,000 for every Rs 5,00,000 of net banquet revenue referred.
The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. The membership fee is Rs 9,000 plus 18 per cent Goods and Service Tax (GST) amounting to Rs 10,620 only. The upgraded membership with the additional certificates is available at a special price of Rs 12,000 plus 18 per cent GST amounting to Rs 14,160 only.
Devesh Rawat, general manager, Indore Marriott Hotel, said, “Club Marriott will give Indore guests a chance to enjoy benefits not only in India, but at 300 participating hotels in the Asia-Pacific region.”
“The programme gives us the platform to drive loyalty that extends even beyond a stay, via rewarding and recognising the local member through exclusive benefits and memorable experiences across a vast variety of brands,” he added.
“By offering locally relevant benefits our members, Indore Marriott Hotel aims to focus on positioning itself as the favourite destinations where locals go to meet, eat and drink,” Rawat stated.
The new Club Marriott membership offers experiences that go beyond food and beverage, and hopes to build an even stronger loyalty base that recognises guests with exclusive events, experiences, and a sense of community.
