Indo-Portuguese & Anglo-Indian food Pop up at Roseate House New Delhi

There is some good news for the food connoisseurs of the National Capital. Celebrated chef Michael Swamy will be in town from May 17 to 21, and he will be presenting authentic Indo-Portuguese and Anglo-Indian cuisine at a Food Pop-Up at Roseate House New Delhi’s Indian cuisine restaurant ‘Kheer’. Kush Kapoor, CEO, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, said, “We are delighted to bring celebrated chef Michael Swamy and his Anglo-Indian and Indo-Portuguese cuisine to Roseate Hotels & Resorts. We strive to offer unique dining experiences that cater to the preferences of our sophisticated guests while promoting sustainable food practices. We regularly host Indian and international chefs for limited-time events, which our devoted patrons eagerly anticipate and shall be bringing many more chefs in the coming months.” At the upcoming pop up, chef Swamy will present some of his signature dishes. These include Cottage Cheese Mousse Salad, a choice of Vegetarian or Chicken Bhujing, Veg or Prawn Risoles, Coastal Green Masala Smoked Prawns and Bandry East Indian Lamb Chops. The Main Course would consist of Veg Lonvas, Veg or Fish Chinchoni, Chicken or Pork Vindaloo with Hot Olive Salad and Curried Lamb in a Lentil Sauce (Served with Pasta). For dessert, there will be a choice of Red Rice Creme Brulee with caramelised fruit or an English Trifle.
