Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel and Residences has launched a brand new dining concept at The Café - Pune 14, which is inspired by premium food halls from across the globe.
It is synonymous to the hotel’s postal address and brings both locals and travellers together to enjoy popular and trending street food from across the globe in a casual ambiance.
The location is home to a number of colleges, coaching centers, corporate offices, city’s airport and so much more. It is a melting point of nostalgia and aspirations with offerings that take you on a trip down memory lane and fast forward to the life you aspire - with a global twist.
Spread out over an area of 5644 sq. ft., the global food hall presents culinary highlights which bring back the nostalgia of college days.
The much-loved all-day dining restaurant has replaced the buffet-style dining, with live kitchens dishing out mono portions of freshly prepared food at moderate prices. The premium food hall houses individual kitchens like On Fire, Pasta e Basta, Asian Affair, Kebaberie, Pandara Kitchen, Doughs & More and All Things Nice serving an exciting fare taking you on a food journey from New Delhi to New Zealand, from Japan to Turkey. The wide variety of desserts at Guilty Endings compete remarkably for your attention with an equally delectable selection of Indian Sweets. Shakes-sphere serves shakes from around the globe, also featuring a range of healthy vegetable decoctions. The much loved Huber & Holly also comes to Viman Nagar.
Thomas Abraham, area vice president, Hyatt – Central India and General Manager, Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel and Residences on the Hotel’s latest introduction for the city’s residents, said, “Pune 14 strives to take a definitive step towards conscious dining, reducing food wastage. With a global food hall concept and an all-inclusive price of INR 1000 per person, Pune 14 is making five-star dining more approachable.”
