HRAWI organizes FoSTaC programme in Goa

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), at Hotel Manoshanti in Goa. Covering essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management, the training programme was conducted by Praveen Andrews - trainer, Parikshan FSS Pvt Ltd.
Thirty hospitality professionals participated in the programme aimed at imparting practical insights on strengthening food safety measures and reinforcing industry best practices. The training session was inaugurated by Andrews and Trupti Pawar – secretary general, HRAWI. Jimmy Shaw, president, HRAWI, said, “Food safety is the bedrock of guest trust and operational excellence in any reputed hospitality establishment, and there can be no compromise on this aspect. HRAWI takes FoSTaC training extremely seriously and has consistently worked towards strengthening food safety standards across the hospitality industry. We are proud to have trained the highest number of hospitality professionals through FoSTaC programmes among all hospitality trade associations in the country to date.
