The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) at the The Byke Old Anchor located in South Goa.
Held on March 27, 2026, the training programme was conducted by Dr V. Pasupathy and covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. The 31 hospitality professionals attending the session received practical insights on strengthening food safety measures, reinforcing industry best practices.
