The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), at The Grand Bhagwati in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Twenty-one hospitality professionals from the region participated in the training programme conducted by Praveen Andrews. It covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management and imparted practical insights on strengthening food safety measures and reinforcing industry best practices.
