Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 (FHA 2026) concluded as an outstanding success following four dynamic days, marking its biggest and most comprehensive edition in a decade.
This powerhouse annual event unified both FHA-Food & Beverage and FHA-HoReCa, held in conjunction with ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia. It played host to more than 2,750 exhibitors spread across 10 halls at Singapore Expo showcasing their innovative products and solutions.
Welcoming 70,000 industry professionals from about 110 countries and regions, it proudly announces numbers that made it the largest FHA in a decade.
The European Union has been proud to take the spotlight as the Region of Honour, with a strong showcase of premium produce, cutting-edge food innovation and commitment to sustainability. The Singapore Pavilion, led by Enterprise Singapore, drew strong interest with Flavours for the World (FFW), a multi-sensory and personalised experience designed to position Singapore as a responsive food innovative hub. The new FutureFWD zone featured a dedicated seminar stage and exhibitors showcasing next-generation innovations, spotlighting emerging technologies like AI, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms. Co-located with IndusFood Asia and ProWine Singapore, the event also spotlighted India’s dynamic F&B landscape, alongside curated tastings and engagements with over 200 exhibitors from 24 countries.
Crowning New Champions: The new Young Chefs Grand Prix made its debut and featured the best up-and-coming young culinary talents from across 15 countries. Following 4 days of intense competition, the team from South Korea, KCAA.GN claimed a well-earned victory. New champions were victorious with Team Japan rising to the top in the Asian Pastry Cup, alongside Team China who claimed bragging rights in the FHA Bakery Challenge, and Sohee Kim (South Korea) who emerged victorious in the FHA Dessert Challenge.
