Ferrero Rocher gears up for Diwali season with praline crafting live demo

fiogf49gjkf0d Ferrero Rocher, a premium praline chocolate brand, hosted a 'golden experience' event with chefs from Italy offering live demonstration of fine praline chocolate creations here recently.
Giving details on the innovative event, Emanuele Fiordalisi, VP, marketing, Ferrero India, stated, “Diwali is the most important time of the year and Ferrero Rocher has always celebrated the spirit of gifting. The brand naturally resonates with Diwali and so the campaign aims to remind consumers the fine elegance of our praline, making Ferrero Rocher the special gift for precious people we love. This Diwali, we planned to do something special and memorable for our consumer, giving the opportunity to witness Ferrero Rocher pralines being crafted live for the very first time in India and enjoy the golden experience.”
The live demonstration was an instant hit as two chefs were specially flown in from Italy to display the process of praline crafting. Apart from the demonstration, contests were held at the venue from which five lucky winners were chosen.
Fiordalisi explained, “We are trying to cash on the festive season in India. One is Diwali and other is Christmas, which is approaching. We will be coming up with such demonstrations in Gurgaon, Delhi and planning to take it to other cities of India too. We had such demonstrations in the past in Hong Kong, Seoul and Shanghai but in India it’s for the first time.”
“Ferrero Rocher is only available in leading trade stores which can suit the needs of our product. Ferrero Rocher requires to be stored in the temperature range of 18 to 22 degree which is not easily available. Otherwise it is not possible to enjoy its taste. We have seen that Ferrero Rocher is now used in cakes on a wider scale to present it well,” he added, while speaking on the availability of the products.
To support its campaign, the brand will take all its events to the digital platform, which will include audience engaging activities. Moreover, the company will organise live demonstrations at Star Bazaar, Andheri; Big Bazaar, R-city Mall, Ghatkopar; in the coming days.
