Epi Ingredients to showcase product range at Gulfood Manufacturing’16

Epi Ingredients, the dry ingredients division of dairy cooperative Laita,will present itsrange of dry ingredients for the food, beverage and nutrition industries at Gulfood Manufacturing 2016. The event will take place in Dubaibetween November 7 and 9. The company will focus on ready-to-market solutions for a booming infant and child nutrition market. It will construct a state-of-the-art drying tower, which is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2017.

Some of the products that will be presented at the show include demineralised powders such as DM90 (90 per cent demineralised whey), which is perfectly adapted to be incorporated in nutrition products and specifically infant formulae; low-heat skim milk powder with very strict microbiological specifications allowing safe dry blending; infant liquid milk pre-packaged in a ready-to-use 100ml baby bottle and baby food products.
