Unwind and indulge in aMediterranean gourmet escapade as chef Roberto Zorzolishowcases culinary artistry and delights diners this March with The Romano’s Grill at Romano’s, the Italian specialty restaurant at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar starting from March 20 to 31, 2021.

Experience a burst of unique authentic aromas and flavours as the team presents a varied cooking style of steamed, smoked, roasted, and grilled meats and fish tossed in exotic Mediterranean preparations of Honey Mustard, Peperoncino and Lime, Dill and Orange Marinades to give your taste buds an explosion of exotic barbecue flavours.

The menu will feature delectable meats cured with signature Mediterranean flavours such as Orange Fragrance,(a typical fragrance from Calabria and Sicily region which gives fruity flavours), Red Wine (flagship ofmany Italian regions gives juiciness to red meats), Fermented Chili Sauce (specialty of southern Italy to give an intense flavour and spirit to light meats), Honey and extra Virgin Olive Oil (gives that richer taste, golden colour and an impeccable crunchiness to meats).

Chef Roberto Zorzoli and his team are all set to offer guests an intensely aromatic and opulent experience with signature dishes and recipes.

The Mediterranean Marinade: Crushed garlic, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, fresh oregano, red wine will serve Lamb Loin, Lamb Chops and Lamb Brisket along with Sautéed Asparagus , Vin Brule Lamb jus , Eggplant Parmigiana,Cabbage Salad , Salsa Verde, Purple potato Chips. Peperoncino and lime Marinade: Garlic powder, chilli powder, white sugar, fresh lime juice, fermented chili sauce, extra virgin olive oil will serve Whole Chicken in Brick, Drumsticks Chicken, along with Parmesan Truffle Fries, White Wine Sauce and Pink Peppercorn, Sautéed Mushrooms, Cabbage Salad, Garlic Sauce, Crispy Polenta. Honey Mustard Marinade: Extra virgin olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, dark brown sugar, honey, mustard, Italian lemon will servePork Belly, Pork Ribs along with Garlic and Parsley  Broccoli, Smoky jus, Jacket Potato, Cabbage Salad, Béarnaise Sauce, Apple Chips. And finally the Dill and Orange Marinade: Orange, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic minced, black pepper, fresh dill chopped will serve Whole Red Snapper, Lobster, Salmon along with Grilled Vegetable, Classic Butter Sauce, Rocket and Cherry Tomato Salad, Jacket Potato, Aioli, Garlic Bread.
