DU Hospitality, founded by Dhaval Udeshi, is reducing menu prices by 10–15 per cent across its Mumbai restaurants Sweeney, Scarlett House, GIGI and Soraia, aiming to make premium dining more accessible amid rising food and operational costs.
The initiative comes ahead of the festive season, as the hospitality group seeks to offer greater value to customers while maintaining food quality, service standards and the overall dining experience.
According to Udeshi, the decision reflects the group's commitment to acknowledging customer loyalty and strengthening long-term relationships rather than passing on every increase in operating costs to diners.
“At a time when food inflation, rising operating costs and global uncertainties are putting pressure on the hospitality industry, I believe it’s important to look at things a little differently. The group wants guests to enjoy dining experiences with family and friends without being overly concerned about the cost,” said Udeshi.
