Dried blueberries latest addition to Del Monte’s dried fruit portfolio

Del Monte has recently launched dried blueberries in the retail market. They are an addition to Del Monte’s dried fruit family, which includes dried prunes and dried cranberries.
Dried blueberries are a source of dietary fibre, which slows the absorption of carbohydrates and fats. They also provide energy, while being low in fat and sodium.
The fruit, which can either be eaten as a snack on the go or blended to make a smoothie, can also be mixed into breakfast cereals or added to salads.
Del Monte dried blueberries are available at all major stores and retail outlets in 130g packs priced at Rs 430. They have a shelf life of nine months.
