With the onset of bringing global experiences to India, Jaipur is now witness to the first of its kind experiential property, Diona - Ale Works, Bar & Kitchen.
The entire architecture and the interiors of Diona is reminiscent of a Grecian holiday. The whitewashed walls, rustic open spaces, and the quintessential Santorini blue transports one to the Greek isles while you are in the heart of Jaipur.
Nestled on the rooftop of The Grand Anukampa, Jaipur, Diona is a project by Prime Hospitality, and is one of the biggest rooftop lounges of India, spanning over an area of 36,000 sq ft. with expansive indoor and outdoor venues.
Namokar Jain, co-founder of Diona, explains Diona as a lifestyle more than a place. With indulging experiences to offer to the guests, it is the perfect place for Saturday Club Nights, Diona Sunsets by the infinity pool, a Members-Only Lounge, Bar Takeovers on Wednesdays among many other experiences it offers.
The company recently launched their own brewery and thus has officially begun the fine art of brewing with the best brewers trained in Germany. With a brewing capacity of 5,000 litre, the biggest rooftop brewery of the country, Diona now serves five exquisite flavours of beer, ‘Pomona -a Mango Milkshake Pale Ale, ‘Apollo’ Lager - a German beer with notes of citrus and herbs, ‘Titan’ - a German Hefeweizen has overwhelming notes of clove and banana, ‘Chronos’ Belgian Wit Beer - a go-to with most wheat drinkers, and has sweet and spicy notes and ‘Chaos’ American IPA - Diona’s take on the ever famous IPA and has soft bitterness, honey sweetness with aroma and flavours of tropical fruits. Choosing the best one, left everyone in the tight-spot.
Alongside having five bars and India’s biggest rooftop brewery, Diona is also a favourite among people for the scrumptious food they serve. A curated menu of unique appetisers, local and international delicacies, and house-crafted cocktails put the rooftop bar on top of the things to do in Jaipur.
