Coastal Sunday Brunch kicks off at JW Kitchen, at JW Marriott Kolkata

The Coastal Sunday Brunch, which kicked off at JW Marriott Kolkata’s JW Kitchen recently, will also take place between noon and 3:30pm on August 18 and 25, 2019. The dishes will also include vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties from coastal Kerala, the Konkan coast (including Maharashtra, Goa and Mangalore) and West Bengal.
These will be prepared by the hotel’s culinary team, and include starters such as Nadankozhivaruthathu and Mochar Chop. There will be live fish and Malabar parantha counters, with offerings like Banda Masala Mackerel Fish Fry, Rawa fried King Fish, Meen Kaidina and Idiyappam with Chicken and Vegetable Curry.
The main course comprises Parripu Curry, Moong Dal curry made with coconut and spices, Dhokar Dalna, Nuggakai Bartad, Drumstick Masala, Nei Kori (chicken cooked with cumin, garlic and ghee), Alleppey Fish Curry, Erachi Varutharacha Curry, Kolhapuri Chicken Curry, Kolkata Mutton Biryani and Bengali Basanti Pulao, and more.
End the scrumptious brunch on a sweet note with Palada Payasam, Serradura and Rajbhog.
It will be priced at Rs 1,799 per person (all inclusive) with soft drinks and mocktails; Rs 2,250 per person (all inclusive) with alcohol and sparkling wine, and Rs 3,250 per person (all inclusive) with alcohol and champagne.
