Chocolate Room opens resto-cafe Trench’s outlets in Andheri and Bandra

The Chocolate Room, India’s distinctive boutique café, expanded the brand’s offering with the launch of two outlets of Trench, a resto-café which serves pan-Asian, Mexican, Spanish, Italian and Indian cuisine. They are located opposite Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, Andheri West, and on Hill Road, Bandra West.
The Chocolate Room India Group’s foray into the resto-cafe space follows the success of the 250-plus cafes it operates pan-India. In addition to a host of beverage options, the restro-cafes will introduce Mumbai to a number of new concepts, including Waffwich (which, as the name suggests, is a waffle sandwich) and variety of chocolate bombs and cheese fondues.
Commenting on the business aspect, Chaitanya Kumar, chairman and managing director, The Chocolate Room India Group, said, “After the success of the 250-plus chocolate cafes pan-India, we, at The Chocolate Room India Group, are pleased to introduce the launch of our brand new vertical, Trench, a resto-cafe by The Chocolate Room at Andheri West and Bandra West, Mumbai.”
“Keeping in mind the popularity of, and the demand for, our brand, we aim to expand Trench resto-cafes in Mumbai by opening 10 more outlets. We are also looking at opening 15 outlets of Trench resto-cafe by The Chocolate Room in key Indian cities, such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune and Delhi, as well,” stated Kumar.

“Trench by The Chocolate Room offers a delectable menu with a lot of pan-Asian food, Mexican, Italian and Indian options and a seating capacity of 100. At Trench, we have also curated an interesting selection of main course items that we have introduced for the very first time in Mumbai,” he added.
“In addition to those, we have a one-of-a-kind range of signature desserts and beverages for all age groups to indulge in. We shall soon be adding onto our unique menu with light beverages, like Liquor With Chocolate, as well,” Panjabi added.
