CavinKare has strengthened its beverages portfolio under the Cavin’s brand with the introduction of two nostalgia-inspired milkshake variants — orange cream biscuit milkshake and premium malt milkshake. Inspired by some of India’s most beloved 90s flavours and crafted using modern dairy innovation, the new launches aim to revive childhood memories while offering consumers an indulgent, contemporary taste experience.
With this strategic expansion, CavinKare is aiming to deepen emotional engagement and accelerate category growth by tapping into flavours that resonate across generations. The company believes nostalgia-led innovation is becoming a powerful driver in India’s evolving beverage market.
To promote the new variants, Cavin’s recently rolled out a lively consumer engagement initiative titled ‘Indulge the Child in You’. As part of the campaign, the brand set up 90s-themed photobooths across multiple college campuses, encouraging over 2,500 students to relive their childhood moments. Participants posed for fun “adult vs. childlike” photographs while sampling the new milkshakes. The pictures were printed and framed instantly, creating delightful keepsakes and generating strong social media traction as students shared their moments using #IndulgeTheChildInYou and tagging @CavinsMilkshake.

Mallikeswaran, Business Head – Beverages at CavinKare, said that Indian consumers are increasingly drawn to products that blend emotional resonance with innovation. “Taste is a powerful storyteller. With our orange cream biscuit and premium malt milkshakes, we are bringing back flavours deeply rooted in Indian childhood nostalgia while presenting them in a modern, convenient format,” he said.
The orange cream biscuit milkshake draws inspiration from the classic orange cream biscuits synonymous with school break times, offering a playful tangy twist. The premium malt milkshake delivers the comforting richness of traditional malt beverages with a roasted, subtly sweet finish.
Both variants are now available in 170 ml and 180 ml tetra packs, priced at Rs 37 and Rs 42, across general trade outlets, modern retail chains, and leading e-commerce platforms, ensuring wide accessibility for consumers across markets.
