Carandini has launched two artisanal glazes, new to US - Strawberry Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Lemon White Glaze with Sweet White Vinegar.
Crafted in Modena, the glazes balance tradition, passion, and innovation, offering home cooks and culinary enthusiasts’ creative ways to elevate everyday dishes. These glazes are gluten-free, vegan, and made with no added sugar or fructose syrup.
Strawberry Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena pairs the rich, tangy notes of authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with the sweetness of ripe strawberries. This glaze adds a bright note to rich fare, from cheese boards to grilled lamb chops and French toast to cheesecake. Lemon White Glaze with Sweet White Vinegar delivers a bright, citrus-forward flavour with a smooth finish.
