Now they are mighty excited about their newest brand, Butter, which opened its doors on the 20th of August. The partners Hrishikesh R. Shinde, Sangram Shirole and Suryabhan R. Shinde have introduced the concept of an affordable multidisciplinary Bar & Kitchen that brings you the best of modern European and Asian cuisine along with signature new-age cocktails, all within their stunning 8000 square feet space that is all set to elevate the bar scene in Pune.
The Butter experience is pure joy in a pleasantly lit front yard, they serve you food that is comforting, yet gastronomically curious. The brand is conscious, sustainable, and globally inspired to serve a new perspective on popular cuisines.
Their artisanal cocktails are prepared using exotic ingredients which pair well with their extensive tapas selection meant for sharing.

Suryabhan R. Shinde said, “Our direction is fresh – in thoughts and in ingredients. We are fading that elegance back into existence, breaking the conventional barriers of the casual dining scene today.”
Its exclusive La Charcuterie includes a decadent selection of bespoke cold cuts served with crackers, jam and chutney. The Avocado Truffle Tartare makes for a vegetarian twist on the classic French delicacy, while the Tuna Tataki puts a spin on the original with fresh avocado salsa. Other interesting small plates include the Flamed Pimento Hummus, with homemade pita; and the Zucchini Fries served with raspberry mustard.
Make sure not to miss out on the wide selection of bowls, especially the Crab Raviolo, Kunyit Curry and Truffled Edamame Riso bowls. The Butter feeling would be incomplete without trying their gourmet desserts. The Japanese Cheesecake served with Lotus Biscoff cream and bubblegum ice cream is the perfect end to a fantastic meal. For chocolate lovers, the Godiva Cookie served with fresh in-house orange and thyme ice cream is a must try.
