Bombay Baking Company & LaFolieco create delectable spring desserts collection

JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu launches a decadent spring-inspired limited edition collection of desserts titled Le Printemps, available at the much sought-after patisserie-deli Bombay Baking Company starting March 10, 2021.
Inspired by the spring season, Abhishek Basu, executive chef, along with award-winning pastry chef Sanjana Patel, creative director and executive chef have curated a trio of petit gateaux that play a textural affair of fresh, floral and fruity ingredients from around the world.
Rose Oolong Tea, Mango, Japanese Yuzu, Grapefruit, Red Berries and China Jasmine White Tea are some of the rare ingredients used to create this limited collection line Le Printemps.
Some of the desserts that are part of this exclusive menu are: Amour: Berry marmalade with poached strawberries, strawberry whipped ganache and rose tea chantilly.
Mandarin: Grapefruit Jasmine tea compote with fresh mandarin and grapefruits, vanilla mousseux and almond Victorian sponge with pâté Sablé.
Jardin: Pistachio trocadero cake with mango and yuzu cremeux and mango salsa garnished with pistachio crumble and fresh seasonal fruits. Chef Abhishek Basu, executive chef, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, said, “We are excited to collaborate with a creative genius and one of the best pastry chefs in the country.
