In a market full of options to binge eat on; Shikhar Exim LLP brings a thoughtfully produced and manufactured snack – Epiphany Snacks to India. The bite-sized, plant-based, nutrient-rich, healthy and tasty snack is traditional goodness with a modern twist.

This plant-based snacking range launched in India in July 2020, and consists of four variants. The product range is free of gluten, preservatives and cholesterol and has no added sugar, and also caters to vegans.

The variants comprise of blueberry almond crisps, cranberry almond crisps, California pistachio crunch and almond vanilla crunch, and are made using authentic and healthy gems of nature, consisting of California almonds, wild hand-plucked cranberries, flavourful blueberries, California pistachios, and brown rice syrup – the unadulterated organic sweeteners along with Himalayan pink salt.

A healthy alternative to replace the junk we all have been binge eating, #YourEpiphany is the perfect snack which ensures healthy consumption, immunity-boosting, scrumptious taste, all this while not hampering our calorie intake.

The almonds, pistachios and walnuts are specially produced by the brand, ensuring perfect weather and soil condition for the nuts, in 200 plus acres of farms to maintain the premium quality of nuts which are used to produce the final product.

With stringent and hygienic processes of manufacturing, packaging, storage and maintenance, the loveable and delicious products are made to deliver nothing but the best. Thoughtfully designed into small bites, each and every product is a healthy binge while working from home, in between meetings, post-work-outs, on hiking trips and so on making it suitable for consumer’s fast-paced life.

All four variants of the product are available at Nature’s Basket, PayTM Mall, Amazon India and Zomato in Mumbai. The consumers can place an order directly on the company’s website as well.

A few generations ago, people never had to make an extra effort to eat healthy. Processed food was not a part of our lives then. However, today, with multiple options in processed and manufactured food items, we have to make a stringent effort to consume healthy.

Ashish Doshi and Senil Shah, the co-founders of the brand, had their #YourEpiphany moment when they realised the empty space in the Indian market for an all-natural, plant-based, healthy but tasty snack item.

With their experience of growing best quality nuts in the farm in California, and detailed research for the requirement of such a product in this country, the founders had their #YourEpiphany moment and decided to venture into handmade, boutique style manufacturing in India.

The team ensures the quality of all ingredients and the taste and health benefits of the snack by investing time and effort in each procedure.

On launching amidst a pandemic and being confident about receiving a positive response from the consumers, Ashish Doshi, co-founder, Epiphany Snacks, says, “We felt the need to bring an all healthy product in India which is thoughtfully produced keeping in mind the variety of audiences.”
