Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield’s Alto Vino launches Italian menu

Alto Vino, the Italian specialty restaurant at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, the Italian specialty restaurant, has unveiled an Italian menu. It will be curated by the restaurant’s head chef, Marouane Rahali, and comprise a host of Mediterranean delicacies, paired with an outstanding collection of wines and spirits.

Sudip Misra, executive chef, Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, shared, “As a chef, I constantly encourage innovation and creativity in my kitchen. An essential element at every restaurant is to revamp the menu to fit the current trends and likings of our guests.”

“Fresh flavours, unique ingredients and unconventional cooking styles, intrigue and captivate our guests, and we hope our patrons enjoy these spectacular creations,” he added.

Rahali said, “For an Italian food lover, the mark of a good Italian restaurant is one that can get its classics right. Keeping this in mind, Alto Vino’s new menu has been an incredible opportunity for us to sharpen our creative side and present a slice of authentic Italian food culture without leaving the Indian shore. We intend to deliver an extraordinary Italian gastronomic encounter with an unforgettable twist.”

A spectrum of delicacies include signatures such as Mini Tarts with Sautéed Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Essence, Beetroot Gnocchi with Sweet Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce and Toasted Walnut, Cocoa Ravioli Stuffed with Slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder, Butternut Squash and a Jus reduction, New Zealand Lamb Shank Braised on Fire with a choice of Risotto or Mashed Potato, amongst others.

The dessert selection includes a soft-centred, warm Chocolate Hazelnut Flan with Raspberry Sorbet, Mandarin Crème Brulée with Pine Nut Biscuit and Tiramisu.
