The Dessert Gallery at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park’s Daily Treats is offering a host of cakes and confectionery, curated by one of India's leading pastry chef Selva. It is available 24X7, and priced Rs 50 onwards.
Be it cheesecakes, sorbets, eclairs, tarts, doughnuts, macarons, cupcakes, doughnuts, choux buns, chocolates or scones, patrons will be treated to handcrafted desserts.
Selva’s signature variant is chocolate bon-bons, which are available in numerous variants. It comprises a smooth chocolate shell, which melts away, releasing the filling inside.
Other desserts include Hazelnut Chocolate Cake (which is his own creation), liquor-infused chocolates, biscottis and cookies, Rolls + Folds (rolled and folded pastries), wedding cakes, etc.
