Armenian festival underway at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity’s Food Exchange

A celebration of cuisines from Armenia and Lebanon is underway at Food Exchange, at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, and will conclude on November 26, 2017. The dinner buffet, which will commence at 7pm, is priced at Rs 1,950 plus taxes.
Celebrity chef Zarmig Haladjian, who has flown in from Lebanon for the first time, curates the signature dishes, which include a range of hot and cold appetizers like Zeytov Litsk, Armenian Labneh, Armenian Mortadelle, Rolled Zeytonov hats, Fishne Kebbe, Batata Harra, etc.
The main course includes dishes like Traditional Armenian Spicy Verevan Kebab, Khashkhash Kebab, Matzounov Kebab, Samkeh Harra, Kabbeh Zeghertawiye, etc. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in a variety of desserts like Sari Bourma, Gatnabour, Engoize, Chocolate Gololag, Palouza, Nouranoush, Khoshav, etc.
Alaa Afifi, general manager, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, said, “We are delighted to have Chef Haladjian with us at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity.”
“She brings her culinary skills with an exposition of Lebanese and Armenian cuisine in a manner that Delhi has never seen before,” he added.
“Each year, we invite culinary experts from different parts of the globe, in line with providing innovative gastronomical experiences for our guests,” Afifi said.
