Andaz Delhi - Hyatt’s first luxury lifestyle and business hotel in India is introducing Seafood Fridays at their modern food hall AnnaMaya, for all the seafood enthusiasts to indulge in. Come and celebrate the exquisite seafood spread every Friday only at Andaz Delhi.
From succulent prawns, mouth-watering crab, to delectable lobsters, the seafood selection is sure to impress the most discerning palate. This newest experience at Andaz Delhi promises to be a sensory journey with a range of dishes crafted to delight guests’ taste buds, prepared by a team of in-house culinary experts using only the freshest and most sustainable catch from the sea. All the dishes are prepared using a variety of techniques, such as grilling, poaching, frying, and roasting to bring out the best of each ingredient. Along with these exotic dishes, the chef has also prepared exclusive in-house sauces like chilli garlic, chilli oyster, and garlic and pimentos aioli to complement each dish and enhance the overall flavour profile. The team of expert chefs at AnnaMaya have extensively curated this menu which includes seafood delicacies like Soft Shell Crab, Baby Octopus, Scallops and dishes that encompass regional Indian delicacies like the Parsi, Patrani Macchi, Meen Pollichatthu; a pan-fried Kerala style king fish and Tandoori Pomfret; fish marinated in Indian spices and cooked in clay oven to name a few. The menu is an ode to flavours around the world and is especially adopted by Southern and Western parts of the country. For a deeply immersive experience, guests can indulge in a selection of fish from the Grill, from Norwegian Salmon to Sea bass and Himalayan Trout, the chefs at hand will prepare the fish with a selection of sauces like BBQ, Chimichurri or Charmoula. One of the menu highlights is the highly flavourful, steamed seafood special, the Asian spice rubbed steam monkfish. In addition to warm hospitality and satisfying seafood, AnnaMaya will also offer a premium selection of wines, spirits and cocktails to make your experience truly one of a kind.
Speaking on the occasion, Chef Souvick Mutsuddi, executive sous chef, said, “In a city like Delhi which is proudly known for North Indian food, it gets difficult for the guests to find premium seafood. Keeping their concern and extensive palate in mind, we have curated this special seafood menu. With Seafood Fridays we want to take our guests on a culinary journey of finest and freshest seafood ingredients, and we aim to provide our guests an unforgettable dining experience.” The Seafood Fridays experience will be available from September 22,2023, onwards every Friday.
