fiogf49gjkf0d Masala Kraft, an Indian restaurant at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, will celebrate its eleventh anniversary on December 19, 2013.
Chef Hemant Oberoi, corporate chef and grand executive chef, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces on the occasion said, “We are delighted to celebrate the 11th anniversary of the restaurant as it brings fond memories of the place and the people.”
“Eleven years ago, we launched Masala Kraft to popularise Indian cuisine, which was only restricted to Mughlai, Punjabi and South Indian dishes,” he added.
“Today, we have expanded the Masala chain, with restaurants like Masala Kraft, Masala Klub, Masala Art and Masala Bay restaurants at our luxury hotels where we serve everything Indian,” Oberoi said.
There is an eclectic mix of Indian influences at Masala Kraft, be the ambiance, the staff or even the washing ritual in brass receptacles.
Their interactive kitchen menu and the famous Mumbai's dabbawalla menu have delighted guests each time.
The most recent addition to the menu is the temple cuisine, which is inspired from India’s iconic temples like the Golden Temple, Kali Bari, Vaishnodevi, Jagganath Temple, etc.
Masala Kraft bears the Taj hallmark and the diverse mix of styles within The Taj Mahal Palace.
