Kamani Oil launches ‘Riso’ rice bran oil in Gujarat and Indore markets

fiogf49gjkf0d Kamani Oil Industries Pvt. Ltd recently announced its entry into the Gujarat and Indore markets with the launch of Riso, its rice bran oil.
According to a press release issued by the company, Riso, which is manufactured using rice bran - a by-product of the rice milling industry, is rich in Oryzanol, a natural antioxidant that helps reduce cholesterol, oxidative damage due to ageing and inflammation caused due to chronic diseases.
It adds, rice bran oil being the richest source of many naturally occurring antioxidants such as Oryzanol (Oryzanol retains up to 95% in physical refined rice bran oil) and Squalene which has proven bad cholesterol lowering properties, the right proportion of saturates and comes closest to the WHO (World Health Organisation) and AHA (American Heart Association) recommendations on oil (WHO and AHA recommend an oil rich in MUFA and has SAFA: MUFA: PUFA in the ratio of 1:1.5:1).
Apart from these naturally occurring micronutrients, the rice bran oil is fortified with Vitamins A, D and E for complete health benefits.
Commenting on the launch, Rajiv Behere, AVP, Kamani Oils Industries Pvt. The product will be available in 1 litre, 5 litre and 15 litre packs.
