Cremica’s latest offering - Opera cottage style chips in four variants

fiogf49gjkf0d Cremica, a player in the bakery segment, launched Opera cottage style potato chips in four variants - Cheese Jalapeño, Piri Piri, Italian Herbs and Salt & Black Pepper - in Mumbai recently.
According to a press release issued by the company, cottage style chips or as they are more popularly called kettle chips have been introduced for all potato crisp addicts. Available in four distinct Mediterranean flavours effectively seasoned after preparing in olive oil, the product has a high unique quotient.
Further, the chips are handmade and prepared to retain their natural texture, fresh taste and distinct shape and size.
According to the company, kettle chips do have one great thing to offer: crunch. The hefty crunch of kettle chips is different from the traditional way of serving chips. In the latter, the usual industrial processing is done by frying huge quantity together, whereas kettle chips are cooked in small batches to see every chip is cooked to perfection and varies in size. The potatoes are hand-picked from fresh farm heightens the aroma when you bite into them.
And since there are no offerings of this variety in the market, the only option consumers have been left with is buying international packs. But Cremica’s new offering aims to bridge this gap.
