Bambino launches Instant Pasta manufactured with latest technology

Bambino Agro Industries Ltd, a Hyderabad-based public limited company, launched Instant Pasta, a first of its kind of product manufactured with the latest technology in Asia. The new pasta is nationally launched in Hyderabad last week.
P Easwara Das, executive director of Bambino Agro, said the new Instant Pasta was a highly nutritious and protein rich product. It has more fibre content. And is cooked just within 3 minutes and saves on fuel usage. The product is ideal for all ages.
"The pasta sauce that comes along with the product makes the cooking process faster. A free gift is also offered inside the packet to encourage trial of the product. The product is already made available across the country. In the very first year of the launch of the product, we expect to sell Rs10 crore across India," Das said.
The company is also one of the largest vermicelli producers in the world and is part of the diversified Bambino Group having interests in FMCG products. Other group companies include the private limited companies Ghanta Foods and Seshsayi Foods.
"Last year we chalked out diversification plans into functional foods and has plans to double its turnover to Rs 500 crore in next 5 years. Bambino has registered 100% growth in sales in the last 3 years. We became the first Indian company to exclusively supply pasta to the international chain of Domino's," he added.
