Vinod Menon to head Britannia's Dairy Business

Britannia Industries Ltd has announced that Vinod Menon will be the new head of its dairy business, Britannia New Zealand Foods Pvt Ltd (BNZF), with immediate effect, in place of Anupam Dutta who will shortly be leaving the company.
Vinod has been with Britannia for 14 years and has rich and varied experience in senior corporate and finance positions including commercial head of New Zealand Foods since 2002. He has been instrumental in restructuring Britannia's dairy business through various strategic initiatives including acquisitions in the premium food space such as daily bread and expansion in the Gulf.
BNZF is a joint venture between Britannia Industries, India's leading food company, and Fonterra, the world's second largest dairy company. Today, BNZF's product portfolio covers cheese, ghee, butter, dairy whitener and anlene.
