Amul Masti Spiced Butter Milk

Rs 6000-crore market. Unlike carbonated soft drinks, Amul Masti Spiced Butter Milk is 100% natural and sucrose-free without any colour or preservatives added. It is a low fat product with lower sodium salt content and has 50% low calorie than soft drinks, claims the company in a press release.

Available in convenient and attractive takeaway tamperproof 200 ml tetra-brick, the product with a shelf-life of 120 days at ambient temperatures is priced at Rs 5.

This is the first time that a traditional Indian thirst quencher is available in a convenient format. This homogenous heat-treated Butter Milk is the only national brand of packaged long-life buttermilk made from the best quality fresh milk. The spices and condiments not only enhance taste and flavour, but also help in digestion. Within a few days of its launch, the response has been very encouraging from all parts particularly, the Mumbai market, according to the press release.

The product is packed at the state-of-the-art ultra-modern ISO certified Mother Dairy, Gandhinagar.
